The above lines said by Himanshu, the CEO and founder of Delhi-based bootstrapped start-up Itzeazy, explains the company’s modus operandi.  Itzeazy was started by three MBA graduates in 2013 with a basic site www. Itzaezy.com. Himanshu revived Itzeazy fighting all odds after it temporarily shut-down in 2014. Itzeazy provides B2C and B2B services across 12 major cities in India like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and Bangalore and so on.  Our goal is to provide all types of government related service documents to the remotest parts of India and abroad. We provide services in obtaining: Birth certificate, passport, visa, driving-related documents, ITR filing. Apart from these, Itzeazy’s services also extend to marriage registration certificates under Hindu Marriage Act and Special Marriage Act respectively.

Itzeazy is a team of 50+ people

Itzeazy is a team of 50+ people working either full-time or part time for providing these services. CEO Himanshu believes that “Talent wins games but teamwork and collective intelligence wins championships.”He wants to make a difference and says “We are working towards addressing one of the toughest areas, that is, government documentation. We want to provide solutions to hassles and the ordeal faced by citizens for procuring essential government documents. Our business will provide convenient consultancy support to clients for receiving a range of documents from government offices right to their doorstep…”

Government launched National E-Governance Plan in 2006 but it had several drawbacks. Itzeazy comes as a blessing acting as a facilitator and aggregator between Government Departments and common people to provide cost-effective and easy solutions to obtain government documentation in India. Our company has streamlined 2 service models namely offline and online.

Itzeazy provides services through its website saving time, energy and money. In the online model, clients place all their orders online. We will collect documents from your home. Our services are available in all major languages apart from English. We are launching voice assistance, pre-filled forms and digital wallet. Our digital wallets will incorporate soft copies of old documents unlike Digilocker. We will offer Voice assistance facility for those clients who cannot fill up details in forms. Itzeazy also aims to collaborate with various driving schools and establish city-wise driving schools as well.

B2B and B2C services

ItzEasy offers a range of services as a part of its B2B and B2C services. These include arranging for a birth certificate, marriage registrations, passport, affidavit, visa, among others. A user looking get a government document can place a request to the team, and ItzEasy works on behalf of the user to procure the documents.

Himanshu says, “We are in talks with various state governments to work with them directly, but nothing has been finalised yet. We hope to simplify the process as much as we can.” For its B2B business, the company has partnered with companies like Quikr, One Assist, and Reliance Industries where various service requests are routed through ItzEasy.

A user can simply log into the website, place a request for the service required, and submit all documents. ItzEasy takes care of all other requirements and delivers the final request to the user’s address.

It charges a commission for the services it provides, but the consultancy comes for free. Within three years of inception, its full-fledged services are available in 12 cities in India, and it has developed a network of partners in 150 other cities.  Building a team.

Itzeazy’s offline forum of services caters to rural and semi-urban people who are digitally unequipped. We aim to tie-up with the Customer Service Centres and open new CSCs in the remotest parts of India not covered by Government. People working at CSCs are often unaware of technology and have poor incomes. Itzeazy plans to train the officials working at CSC. Thus, our intervention will help clients makes the process easier and citizens services will reach every section of society.
