If your kids hate vegetables, try making these super delicious parathas loaded with the goodness of veggies.
Ingredients: Cabbage, garlic, ginger, carrot, onion, capsicum, green chilli, rice flour, salt, black pepper and water.
Step 1: Finely chop all the vegetables and keep them aside.
Step 2: In a salad bowl, mix all the vegetables with rice flour, soya sauce, salt and mix it well before adding water to create a thick batter.
Step 3: Heat a hot pan, make small parathas, and cook then on a slow flame.
Serve hot parathas with mayonnaise or garlic sauce.
