Select your favourite vegetables such as spinach, bell peppers, cucumbers and carrots. Additionally, wraps (tortillas or lettuce leaves) and optional spreads (avocado or hummus) are required.
wash your vegetables and cut them into thin strips or small pieces for easy rolling.
Spread your wrap out and cover it evenly with hummus, avocado, or cream cheese.
Arrange your sliced vegetables on one side of the wrap, layering them for a colourful and tasty filling.
Tuck in the edges of the wrap as you roll it securely from the filled side. Cut it in half, and enjoy your freshly made veggie wraps.
