Peel and cut 3 large potatoes and boil them in a pot of salted water.
Once the water is boiled, reduce the heat, cover and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes.
Check if the potatoes are tender and drain them. Dry the potatoes by turning on high heat for about 30 seconds then turn the heat off.
Remove the mixture from the heat and start rolling into balls with wet hands.
Let the ladoos cool and serve. You can also store them in an airtight container.
