Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roast the hazelnuts for 10-12 minutes, then let them cool.
Rub cooled hazelnuts with a cloth to remove most of the skin.
Blend hazelnuts in a food processor until creamy.
Mix in coconut oil, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a container and let it firm up before serving. Your homemade Nutella is ready.
