How to Make Neem-Ginger Tea to Boost Immunity

Neem (Azadirachta indica) and ginger are well known for their ability to detox and increase immunity. The health benefits of each are combined in this simple tea to promote your general well-being. To prepare this tea, simply follow these steps:

Boil Water with Neem and Ginger

In a pot, add water along with fresh neem leaves and ginger. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for two to three minutes. 

Add Lemon Juice and Honey

Take the pot off of the heat and add a few drops of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey for natural sweetness.

Strain

Strain the mixture to remove the neem leaves and ginger pieces.

Serve

 To get the most immunity-boosting benefits, drink the tea while it is warm and fresh.
