This delicious and healthy kale orange banana smoothie is perfect to have for breakfast. It is loaded with nutrients and can be easily made with three main ingredients.
In a blender, add a peeled orange and blend until it becomes juice.
Tear a leaf of kale into several pieces and add it to the blender.
Add about half a cup of water and blend again until smooth.
Peel and break two ripe bananas and add them to the blender. Blend until it is smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve!
