How To Make Ginger Garlic Soup With Veggies

Ingredients: Garlic, ginger, olive oil, water, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, black pepper, corn flour, vegetable stock and salt.
Step 1: Finely chop the vegetables mentioned in the ingredients.
Step 2: Saute some ginger and garlic in olive oil. Add finely chopped veggies and let it cook for about a minute.
Step 3: Add vegetable stock, corn flour, salt, and black pepper. Let the soup cook on low to medium heat for around 15 minutes.
Your ginger garlic soup with veggies is ready!
