How to Make Cauliflower (Gobi) Tots as a Healthy Snack

Step 1

Boil some water in a wok and add 1 finely chopped carrot. Once they are tender, add 4 finely chopped cauliflower florets, 3 finely chopped cauliflower leaves, and 1 chopped onion. Cover it for about 5-10 minutes.

Step 2

Add 1/4 finely chopped capsicum and 1 chopped spring onion. Cover the lid again.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, grate 2 boiled potatoes, 1/4 cup tofu, and 3 cheese cubes. Add the veggies and mix well. Season it with salt, garlic powder, and chilli powder as per taste.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 190 C/375 F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll it in a cylinder shape with your hands.

Step 5

Bake the tots until cooked well and turn them in between gently. They can also be cooked in an air fryer at 180 C or shallow fried on low flame.
