Ingredients: Tomato, beetroot, carrot, onion, garlic, butter, ginger, black pepper, garlic, water, salt, regular spices like turmeric and cumin powder.
Step 1: Wash and chop tomatoes, beetroot, carrot, onion, garlic and ginger.
Step 2: In a pressure cooker, add butter, garlic, ginger, tomato, beetroot, carrot, black pepper and water. Add regular spices like turmeric, salt and cumin powder. Cook for 5 minutes and wait for one or two whistles on the pressure cooker.
Step 3: Blend the soup with a blender and strain.
Step 4: Boil the soup, before adding salt and butter.
Note: Garnish the soup with coriander leaves and serve hot.
