Cinnamon tea has various health benefits and is delicious to have at any time of the day. Here is how to make this antioxidant-rich tea at home:
Put a couple of cinnamon medium-sized cinnamon sticks in 6 cups of water in a saucepan and place it on medium-high heat.
Bring the water to a boil then reduce the heat and let the cinnamon steep for about 10 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add 1-2 teaspoons of black tea leaves to it. Steep the tea leaves for 1-2 minutes depending on how strong you like the flavour.
Strain the tea into a teapot or cup.
Add honey or sugar if you wish to add a sweetener, and serve.
