Halloween 2024: How To Make Candy At Home

Ingredients: Sugar, water, lemon juice, silicon toffee mould.
Step 1: In a pan, add one cup of sugar and caramelize it on a low flame.
Step 2: Once the sugar starts melting, start stirring it until it gets thick.
Step 3: Add some water and lime juice. Keep stirring the sugar.
Step 4: To check your sugar syrup is ready, pour a small amount of it in water and if it gets hard then it’s ready.
Step 5: Pour the sugar syrup into the mould, and keep it in the fridge for 15-30 minutes. Once your candies are tightened, they are ready.
Note: Brush the silicon mould with oil before pouring in the syrup.
