In a bowl, add 1/4 cup coconut flour, 3 large eggs, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar-free syrup, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
