Preheat the oven to 350-400 degrees F. Saute onion, bell pepper and jalapenos in butter or olive oil.
Stir in chopped garlic and cook for another minute.
In a bowl, combine sauteed vegetables, boiled corn, cream cheese, grated cheese, mayo, chilli sauce, paprika and seasonings. Stir well.
In a baking dish, transfer the mixture, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Now you can enjoy it with nachos, chips, crackers, or pita bread for dipping.
