Ingredients: Garlic, leftover rice, oil, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, fresh coriander salt.
Step 1: Crush some garlic cloves, add red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, amchur powder, salt and mix.
Step 2: In a saucepan, add oil and cook the raw garlic paste for 15 minutes.
Step 3: In another pan, add oil, black pepper, leftover rice and garlic paste. Mix everything properly and let it cook for a minute.
Garnish the rice with fresh coriander and your extra spicey garlic rice is ready.
